I find printing my photographs as triptych is an effective way to convey space. Often times when we are at a scene, how the camera sees the view is much different than how our mind perceives the space. Often I juxtapose repeating elements between panels. Our eye perceives something is a little off, but our brain has to put the pieces together. A slight tension exists that makes the piece interesting. Triptychs are useful as stacked verticals for tall narrow spaces, or great for a focal point on a long wall.
